Service was excellent. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They left a teddy bear for each of my kids and robes and slippers for them too. My kids felt very comfortable and welcomed and the staff made them feel at ease. Great location. Beautiful historic sites.

this is the 3rd time we came to Quebec city. Last 2 times we tried Le Germain and Fairmont there. Compare with other two, this hotel has a nice room and a good location. It has some age, but we can felt that they put fashion and history together. The balcony was such an amazing experience, and their breakfast was delicious. However, we can only give a 4 star because of following: First, the room has a smart tv, which is nice that i can watch Youtube, but it is too small. hard to watch while on bed. Then, we ordered the room service, the chuz Muffy was not open, so we ordered the food from the bar. The food was not meet a boutique hotel's standard (lobster roll has ice in it, and desert was way too sweet). Lastly, during this time, most employees wear face masks, but i notice some of them use it only cover their mouth. A face mask could only protect people with both nose and mouth covered. Overall, a nice experience to stay there, worth to try for travelers.

We’ve been there a couple of times and the small details make a difference. Top notch customer service, great wine selection and food. Luxury at its best!
