We have been back several times. The staff at the property are all very professional and helpful. The manager Massimo makes you feel like there is no limit to what they will do for you. Very gracious. As always our room is perfect and consistent with all our previous stays.

Top notch. First class. Cozy, classy.and historic. Lord Mount Stephen left us a beautiful building. Walking through it is almost like traveling back in time to the Edwardian Era.

Stayed at this wonderful hotel with my girlfriend for 2 days and 1 night, everything was excellent the room was beautiful, the ambiance was great and everyone was so friendly. But especially Sabrina at the front desk, she was extremely helpful and took care of everything we needed, would stay here again just based on her excellent service.

Such a fun place to stay! Love the mix of old and new, and the bathrooms are to die for. Two words: heated seat. You don't know how much you love it 'til you try it.

Stayed at Le Mount Stephen hotel a few months ago for almost a week and really loved it. The room was spacious, stylish and comfortable. The service was very good as well.
