Great staff and communication. I did have some burns on my linens which at first was a little bit of a turnoff as it looked like brown or dried human waste, but then I was assured that it was just a burn from the drying machine and they replaced it in 20 minutes. Overall worth the extra $ compared to the other hotels in the area

[Stay was for July 25th - 27th 2018] This was the best hotel experience out of all of the hotel's I have ever stayed at. I went to Montreal with my friends for my 22nd birthday. The room was incredible as well as all the features in it. The facilities in the hotel such as health/fitness center and pool were great. The restaurant I can't remember the name the breakfast was amazing. Been wanting to go back for a while and was planning to go for my 24th birthday this year but Covid travel restrictions are preventes me from being able to go. Until next time!

If anybody out there is trying to find great deals for hotels and resorts head to ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ reserved a hotel room on there and these guys had the lowest rates any where! My new favorite hotel in Montreal. The most spacious and elegant rooms and the service was phenomenal from start to finish. Plus the pool is open with no time blocks to book in advance, like at other hotels. Thank you for an amazing stay!
