So far so good...very inexpensive and basic needs for people on a budget. Very accommodating staff. Good.

Very knowledgeable, polite and helpful staffs. Well maintained building. Nice rooms, good noise insulation and well furnished. The building is well located. Paid parking is available. There's a pool, a laundry room and a small gym. The garbage chute is on every floor. Overall. Well designed building, lovely place to stay at. Would recommend. Btw, fast wifi too.
