Went in to buy new bindings for my snowboard at the Downtown Montreal location and Jennifer was so wonderful! Patient, knowledgeable, welcoming...what an incredible experience. The rest of the staff were equally as helpful, asking me numerous times if I needed help with anything. All in all, Jennifer and the rest of the staff should truly be the poster team for ✨excellent customer service✨

Have yet to go in person but customer service has been 11/10. Since the shop is closed for covid ive been emailing questions and getting super helpful responses including specific snowboard boot recommendations etc. Specifically kacey has been so helpful. Great customer service cant wait to come in when restrictions are lifted!!!

The staff at Empire is awesome! So nice and friendly! They even wrapped up my long board in a box with handles! Special thanks to Sarah for helping me choose the proper longboard for a gift! Look forward to shopping at Empire again!

1st time there with my grandson who just took up skateboarding and needed info. Met with Remy who guided us with aplomb and courtesy. Also had at least 3 other employees who asked if we needed help as we perused the different departments. Incredible customer service and a benchmark for near perfection. Def a 10 🌟 experience
