Effective Martial Arts

Great instructors, wholesome curriculum, and worthy investment. EMA has been part of my life for about eight months now and it's something that I enjoy quite a lot. As a university student, I do a lot of sitting, so the classes give me a break from screens and let me focus on my body. Patrick and everybody at EMA have been welcoming, motivating, and patient. They care about teaching the techniques well and doing it safely, even on Zoom. As someone who knew nothing about martial arts, I feel like I've learned and improved so much already, while still feeling challenged.

Top quality room, instructors and atmosphere. This, with the addition of their brilliant systematic approach to MMA, makes for a very solid establishment. Highly recommended.

Effective martial arts is a great place if you want your kid to learn not just martial arts techniques but also Discipline, structure, motivated and FOCUS. Our kid loved the tutor Seb who has amazing way to involve kids in teaching the techniques.

I'm the owner, so of course I'm EMA's biggest fan. But I want you to know that I created this curriculum and concept based on the feedback of well over 1000 students, and I wish this school existed when I first began practicing martial arts. Since nothing like it existed, I made it happen. Helping students improve faster through innovation has been the biggest blessing in my life. Hope to see you on the mat very soon!

Excellent classes for young children and as well adults to learn about self protection , discipline , focus and physical fitness. EMA also has an excellent set up for classes by Zoom video .
