One of the best BJJ experience I had so far (4 years of training).The facilities and mats are spotless clean and brand new. The instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable; they make you feel at home and welcomed. The students are respectful and they come from a variety of backgrounds. Thank you!

One of the best gym in Montreal ! Very clean gym, AMAZING environment, very friendly and open to everybody (no politics there). The instructors are very talented. Love the open mat there on Wednesday where u can see all the bjj community reunite together to share the mat. Also amazing beginner program ! Thank you Mizu

I’m visiting from Taiwan and was looking to find a place to train at and oh boy did I find a gem. First of all, this place is sparkling clean, beautiful and open- good location and easy to find. The coach, knowledge, great training partner, super welcoming and really creates a warm and friendly atmosphere- everyone at the gym was super friendly and helpful- training is very tough but not overwhelming. If you’re new or not to BJJ or martial arts, don’t think too much and just go to this gym. They really show Globetrotters spirit.

I was visiting Montreal for work and decided to stop by for the 6:30 Monday night NoGi class. I can't say enough good things about Mizu Studio. Everybody was extremely nice and welcoming. The instruction was top notch, the drilling/warm-ups were great, the Jiu-Jitsu was high level, and the gym was super clean. I would highly recommend anybody coming through the Montreal area to stop by for a class. You won't regret it!
