I love video games. I like how it reduces the stress for adults. But it does make you feel like a kid again. The only thing I wish they did was separated the games from the need game passes for. Other than that! Great store

Excellent customer service. Staff is bilingual, helpful and knowledgeable. Have been coming here for a long time and will continue to do so! Keep up the great work.

Everyone is really awesome at this store! Extremely clean and organized, staff takes time to explain things like games and hardware. I come here often and everytime they are so nice to me. Best EB Games in MTL.

I don't know who does the hiring at this place but keep it up! All the staff is super friendly throughout the years compared to under EB Games places, may it be on the phone or in person - particular the girl that works there. While we are hunting for the new XBox they're the only ones that offered to put us on the waiting list because everything is place for the pre-orders right now. We bought our last one from you, and we really appreciate your customer care each time. Thank you!
