The salesperson was very knowledgeable, and helpful I ordered snowshoes on Tuesday and received them the next day (Wednesday). Very good service I have told some of my friends and they will be buying from this store.

I have decided to buy a kayak, had given my deposit. Then a situation had come up and I had to cancel my order. May I say that I was pleasantly surprised that they were very accommodating and, on top of all the nice service, I received my deposit back. Honest, quick responses and generally a pleasant experience. Will be buying with them as soon as more kayaks come in stock!

Bought my first pair of snowshoes here. Before going to the store, I used their online chat system to ask on how to go about choosing sizes. Sara was very courteous, professional and very patient in answering questions and giving suggestions. Once at the store, the lady there was just as informative and courteous. They are very knowledgeable and will give you the time to go over their merchandise. Very good shopping experience. Will update once I've used the snowshoes a few times. :)
