The most amazing, polite & helpful staff. phenomenal customer service! In the middle of the pandemic when everywhere you go staff says ''sorry we cant!'' these people were so helpful with our requests. the location is amazing. Rooms are so beautiful with high ceilings that it feels like you are at home and not in a hotel. Will defiantly come back again!

Such a beautiful room! Stayed in the penthouse suite, and everything was absolutely lovely. Must visit again sometime! It was very romantic and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and enjoyed myself a bit of tv while soaking in the tub. The only concern I had was the shower, the pressure from the shower head was not the best but the rainfall was great.

Respectful staff and exceptional service. The rooms are all very clean and provide a wonderful ambience and comfort. I have been visiting Montreal consistently for over five years and this is my hotel of choice everytime.

I highly recommend this hotel, I stayed with my boyfriend for one night only and I loved it!! The amenities, excellent service, the rooms are very clean, spacious, everything about this hotel is awesome
