Hôtel Monville

Very nice place! All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful! We called front desk often for more coffee, help with things, and questions and they were still always so nice! Would love to come back. Great location and beautiful rooms with big windows!

AMAZING HOTEL! Worth the price! Rooms are tiny, but cozy and you have everting you need for a short stay! Nice view! Located in heart of downtown, close to everything! Helpful staff.

Stayed here while moving between two homes. It is a new hotel that focuses on providing a classic personalized service within a modern and extremely beautiful establishment. The staff is extremely professional and kind. I received personal service and that is why I choose to stay at local Hotels such as Monville, as opposed to ''big-hotel'' chains. I take cleanliness very seriously, and I can surely give this hotel 10/10 for cleanliness of the rooms and common spaces. There is a 24/7 gym on site and you can even go up to the rooftop to enjoy the view of Old Montreal. Moreover, I enjoyed the view from my hotel room and the beautiful sunlight in the mornings. As for the evenings, I brought down the automated shutters and enjoyed some peaceful sleep without being bothered with light nor noise (rooms are wonderfully isolated for noise). One of my favorite specs about Monville is that it has a practical, useful and ideal LOCATION. 3 minutes from the metro station and in the heart of Old Montreal, where you are surrounded by the historical buildings and all the services you need. Room amenities include high end coffee and teas! Also a little fridge to store your snacks and a water kettle. At Monville, I felt welcomed and taken care of, its refreshing to see and feel that this hotel values their guests and is serious about providing the best experience possible. THANK YOU MONVILLE I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK!!!

I stayed 2 nights to celebrate my mother's birthday and it was such a lovely weekend at the Monville hotel! The staff was very professional and I was very pleased with their help and suggestions throughout my stay. I want to specially say thank you to Tamara at the front desk, Jonathan, and Abir for making our stay so wonderful. The room was clean with beautiful views and good space. Beds were soft and comfortable and barely any city noise given the hotel is situated downtown. The rooftop terrace was open and it's an amazing area to enjoy some air and watch the sunset! Location is good, there are a variety of walking distance places for ordering food. Walking to old port was only 10-15 minutes which was very convenient on a sunny day. I would like to mention some room for improvement...the garbage of the bathroom is very tiny and flimsy, it breaks the modern vibe of the room. The windows need external spider cleaning, and repainting on the outside. Sometimes the electric blinds didn't work and we had to troubleshoot. The garbage in the terrace floor is also very small and garbage falls out so it looks unfriendly, I would recommend to add more garbages for the summertime. Overall, we had a great time and absolutely loved having the robot come to our room for room service! Thank you Monville team.

We recently stayed at the beautiful hotel Monville and had the best experience from the moment we booked , with Abir , to the very end! The staff was attentive, polite and had impeccable service! We even got to use their robot! Definitely not our last stay at this high tech and modern hotel!
