When I arrived, check in was ready, the room was warm after a long flight and cold walk from the metro, this quaint comfortable cosy and welcoming traditional style Montreal home was perfect for a 5 day winter break in this fabulous city. Affraim was a generous host, who cooked wonderful breakfasts, that included lemon and poppy seed pancakes and raspberry syrup. Breakfast was a highlight to chat to other guests around the table from around the world. The host takes great care to ensure all the guests are comfortable, and the room has very good facilities. I had a wonderful trip and would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone's travelling and wanting accommodation for a Montreal break

We had a very nice clean and non-frilly room, a very comfortable bed, and our room was one of two with a private bath. Our stay was very relaxing and the location can't be beat. Metro stop is 5 min away, but many tourist locations are no more than a 25 min walk. Many restaurants and a few markets are nearby, some serving very late or even 24 hrs. It's in a nice neighborhood and there's a beautiful park with a fountain around the corner. Our hosts were welcoming and provided a lot of local color and suggestions. However, breakfast was a little disappointing as there was no protein at all on 2 mornings, and only egg dishes on others. But lots of other little amenities like ice, espresso, and umbrellas were nice. A good value for the price.

Very nice people. Very accommodating to guest needs. Did a great job making special meals for me since of my food allergies. Very clean bathrooms, towels, and very warm place

Amazing place ! The host's are two amazing guys. They are very, very knowledgeable about the city. They are also very funny, always having a joke ready lol. The rooms are nice and plenty big enough. The breakfasts are truly incredible 😁 I would recommend this place to anyone. It's near a nice city park and within walking distance of plenty of good restaurants.
