Fantastic place... Victorian heaven... Fantastic breakfast. Great people. Will never stay anyplace else in Montreal

We stayed in a gorgeous suite at the Victorian Heritage B & B last week. We had a large private suite with kitchen, dining area, bath, laundry area, large closet and two beds. The gas log fireplace and cast iron deep tub added a lot to the ambiance! Beautiful decorating, genial and welcoming host, and a great breakfast! We walked everywhere for two days, ate great French food, and enjoyed the culture in Downtown Montreal! I would go back and recommend it to you!

Let me start out by saying that we loved our room and the hosts are very sweet. The location of Victorian Heritage is super convenient, you are 15-30 minute walk from all the attractions and even closer to all the great food and shopping. The B&B is a beautiful mansion that was carefully restored by the hosts. The house has so much charm and i highly recommend you read the restored diaries of the young lady who lived in it some century ago. The breakfast is served in this grand dining room at an oval table and really allows you to meet the other travellers and have interesting conversations. Daily breakfast is quite delectable, and Michele makes very good omlet, so make sure you enjoy it at least once! What I didn't love, was the lacking housekeeping during our stay and the inadequate toiletries. Shampoo and a big bar of soap were provided, but that was all. I would recommend the owners provide tiny individual facial soaps and large multiple-use bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel. This would be more-cost effective and provide a full range of basic bathing products. All in all, it was a lovely stay, but I was hoping for more.

This unique bed and breakfast was a wonderful experience. Dennis and Michel could not have been more accommodating.The breakfasts were amazing. The rooms were awe inspiring with the attention to detail which gave one the feeling one was staying in an nineteenth century mansion. Centrally located within walking distance of old Montreal, with many eateries all around. Tre bon. And we will be back.

This is a great location in Montreal! Many things are in walking distance and the Berri-UQAM metro stop is just a couple of blocks away. Our apartment was spacious and well furnished. Parking is secure and shaded. The breakfasts were great - great food and conversations. Denis and Michel are excellent hosts. Overall, this is a great value. We had a great stay!
