Wow! What a great gym! I've had a hard time with trying to find a clean gym... and this one is the cleanest most hygienic gym I've ever been to! The equipment are new which I LOVE! all the trainers are really nice, not to mention the members who go there. GREAT A+ staff! Really enjoyed my experience there and recommend it to all my friends who are trying to lose some weight. PS. TRY THEIR PROTEIN SHAKES!!! Seriously the most delicious shake I've ever tried in Montreal! LOVE IT!

'' The Best gym in town »Athletica is by far the best kept secret in town !!! - Small gym allowing a better quality training in group considering the small number of participants in the classes. (6-8 people in general) -very qualified trainers who make varied, effective exercises and never the same thing. - great atmosphere that motivates there is no place for the ego here just encouragement to continue to improve. -Recent gym and super clean and well maintained - Respect by the coaches of the limits and injuries of each ... This is one of the most important points in my opinion not to get injured and to continue training safely. Bcp gym and group classes in town do not pay attention to this but here wow !!! I have been looking for such a place for a long time and I am very happy to have found you! Thank you !
