Wow, I love this place. The teachers are so wonderful at explaining the transitions, adaptations, and progressions. I had no expectations going in - just wanted to try a yoga class in my neighborhood. I'm pretty introverted and groups of people make me uncomfortable for the most part - but these ladies and the clientele are super down-to-earth. Lovely atmosphere. No egos here.

A good non-judgmental yoga studio with a vibrant community. Teachers are friendly and attentive to the students & classes are varied: yoga, yin, pilates, multi-barre for an affordable monthly fee.
