Large, square space with high ceilings andexcellent ventilation. Perfect fit for continuing a safe yoga practice with social distancing yet with effective correction. Highly recommended.!

I very much recommend AYM to anyone who wants to practice Ashtanga yoga. Humane, intelligent, dedicated -- the staff is great and you'll learn a lot.

There is something about the atmosphere that makes me come back... Devoted teachers, nice people, spontaneous jokes. Sunny space with huge windows and big live plants. Old Belgo building with high ceilings and creaked parquet. And all that, in the historical heart of the city.
