Friendly staff, expert yoga teachers, and a really hot studio! Amazing selection of classes for anyone from a beginner to advanced. The locker rooms are clean, and the studios seem to always be really clean as well. People are friendly here, and they have great tea. Really enjoyable yoga experience. Perfect for anyone who loves hot yoga.

Visited the studio for the first time last night with a girlfriend. As soon as you walk in smells amazing, the ambiance is great all good energy. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Great selection of classes very affordable. The locker rooms are very spacious and clean. We took the 8pm slow flow and it’s great to unwind after a long day good for beginners or more advanced. We had Sarah as an instructor. She was very patient and helpful. I’d love to take her class again. If you can find time during your day or at the end, take that time for yourself. I highly recommend this place. I left in good spirits and feeling great.

Great studio, very warm & friendly and all instructors are wonderful. Hot yoga is an incredible experience, if you haven't tried, give it a chance, you won't regret it.

I've been a member at Moksha Yoga West Island since they opened their doors. I call this place my yoga home and they are my yoga family. I have tried other studios and nothing comes even close to the experience at Moksha West Island. Staff are wonderful, studio is great and the energy and atmosphere is full of love and caring.
