Modo Yoga Griffintown

My favourite yoga studio in Montreal. Absolutely love it. Great classes... good promotions, fun activities and incentives to keep you motivated for yoga. The staff is always super nice. Very nice atmosphere, with couches and tea to relax before|after classes. I recommend!

I almost forgot how much i love this place after 3 months of suspending my subscription ( for personal reason). They have only 1 room for classes but it is enough: plenty of windows and high ceiling. My only problem is that i have a dog phobia and this place is pet friendly... but again this is my problem, and everytime the staff and the owner shows me all the respect bu kindly keeping their dog beside them 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🌹

A fantastic yoga experience. All the instructors are amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful especially if you are a beginner.

Way too early for a review but perfect timing for a first impression. Very organized and clean facility and a good morning class for someone who had been away from yoga for quite some time. I will definitely go back but this time with water, a towel and lighter clothing.

Love this studio! Not as hot as NDG but every instructor I've met has been fantastic, classes are well structured and there's tons of variety. Studio itself is big and welcoming + the locker rooms allow for tons of space to change so your not bumping into anyone :)
