They were nice but could not fix my problem

Great place, awesome quality products. They were the only ones to have isobutane cans, out of 4 shops I went to, among other things. The cashier made a small mistake to charge me 4 more tent pegs that I actually bought (worth 7$), I only realised at home, but no biggy that happens. All staff were nice.

Great selection and professional and friendly advice. We went to a few stores looking for cross country full equipment and outfit set and ended yp buying here because they had good stuff and knew what they were talking about.

Writing this review, I wish I would've asked for the associate's name. I was helped by this new associate that's been working there for only two weeks from what she said and I couldn't have been more pleased in having her help me buy my first rock climbing kit. Retail work isn't easy during covid times so cheers to that team!
