Nice to have a Mountain Equipment Co-op on the South Shore. I've been a member since 1986. This store is well located, but smaller than other MEC stores. They do a good job of arranging inventory to maximize selection - clothing is in double racks, but the range of goods is limited in some departments. MEC offers free delivery online delivered to the store, so that's handy for large items. Good products, good quality.

Great experience overall. Just make sure you use their online website to have all the info you need before (stock, opening time). Staff is very helpful
