Went for the first time to the women's boxing. Chris was such a good and patient teacher. I had a blast and it went from a little scary (walked in when it was a bunch of guys and 2 in the rink) to so much fun. Learning the technique and all. I will definitely be going back!!

Beginner class is a blast! Me and my buddy were hooked after the first and got monthly subcriptions right away, which are fairly inexpensive as well!

Best gym in Canada! Herby is so motivating and fun. And Christophe is just absolutely amazing. He gets so passionate about his clients goals and takes us to unbelievable levels of accomplishment! You won't get out of that gym without feeling like a beast... If you're looking for no limits and insane confidence and muscle gain - I highly recommend this gym (And even more highly recommend Chris (Alfonso)!!!) I'm obsessed with that place and am so glad I found you guys.
