Dima Guruve - I am the sales and operations manager of Symphony Bus International. I think you posted your comment to the wrong bus company. We didn't have any trip for Concordia University in July nor did we or would we EVER cancel a bus on a client last minute. The only reason we would cancel a reservation would be for non-payment, but we still wouldn't do it last minute, but as I stated, you posted your comment to the wrong bus company.
