Montreal Limousine

EDIT: After I posted the review below (which I think is very balanced considering how inconvenient their failure to show up was), David called me at home and literally screamed obscenities at me so loudly that my child could hear from across the room. I was so unprepared for this attack that I didn't hang up right away, I asked him to be civil, that his language could be heard across the room. He continued unabated so I hung up. He called back immediately but I was shaken and didn't take the call, so he left an obscene message. Do not use this company. I reserved this company twice to bring a friend from the eastern tip of the island to an appointment at the MUHC. The first time was one way, the second time both ways. The first went well, which is why I made the second reservation. The owner told me that for the return trip, my friend just needed to let him know a half hour in advance when she was ready and that if there were any problem getting a driver he would take her himself since he was nearby. However, when it was time for my friend to return home, he said he had no driver, he wouldn't take her and she'd have to wait at least 2 hours for pick-up. This friend has advanced liver cancer and has barely the strength to walk. I had told the owner about her condition before booking. I think bailing on someone like that is a major fail. Luckily I was able to leave work early and drive her myself. Conclusion: I averaged the stars for the two trips to get 3 stars. But unless you can work around a 1 star experience when necessary, I'd go with a more reliable company.

We have been using Montreal Limousine service for over 3 years as corporate shuttle services. They have been an amazing company to work with, but I wanted to leave a review to appreciate how they handled the global pandemic. They’ve been flexible with arrangements, all drivers are wearing masks, they sanitize the vehicles inside and out (and it shows), and they offer and remind us to apply hand sanitizer. All in all, a fantastic service. We will continue to support local and use Montreal Limousine service for years to come! Thanks David!

I was in town visiting family and I was picked up in a beautiful SUV. My driver David was a real gem!! He helped with my luggage and he was pleasant, funny, and punctual. Not much more you can ask for at this great price.

I don't normally write reviews, but decided to because my partner and I were so pleased with the whole experience we had with Montreal Limousine. We went out with 2 other couples for a dinner and night on the town. The driver was flexible and courteous of our plans - to top it off, the limo was gorgeous. We'll definitely do this again. Thank you for the great rate.

What a great way to see the city! The driver was prompt, kind and FUNNY. The bride on her wedding day was stressed about being late and the driver ensured that did NOT happen. Such a wonderful limousine too! Clean and luxurious! Absolutely recommend David and his team!
