The Hazelton Hotel

Incredible location, staff as very professional and warm and welcoming. There is no where else I would consider staying in Toronto. We have used the hotel multiple times and never been disappointed. The pool is great, my children love it, and breakfast in-room is an absolute must!

Stay in the hotel on Valentine’s Day with my girl. The room is huge and beautiful. Outside window just facing on Yorkville Ave which is the center location of entire Yorkville. They provide us lovely amenities and a bottle of champagne. Dinner we had Valentine’s special menu. Beef Wellington was really tasty. Crispy puff pastry and meat was cook perfectly at medium rare. Highly recommended to stay in the hotel.

Excellent from arrival onward! Staff at the Hazelton are exceptional. We spent a staycation night at the Hazelton to celebrate our wedding anniversary. At check-in we were upgraded to a luxury room by the wonderful host. Upon arrival at the room we were greeted by a lovely note and complimentary chocolate covered strawberries. The Hazelton is very likely Toronto's best hotel and for good reason.

The best hotel experience in Toronto. 6 stars for service. 6 stars for room experience. 6 stars for courtesy and thoughtfulness. The staff are amazing. The look of the hotel is just fabulous. Amazing. Stunning. Fancy. Perfect place to enjoy luxury.

Where to begin... So our wedding plans this year kept devolving due to the plague, and it ended up just being a very small ceremony and dinner on a patio. A week before the day, we thought, ''hey, it would be a lot of fun to stay at a beautiful hotel.'' So we reached out to the Hazelton. They responded right away with excitement and encouragement. We felt incredibly welcomed and got the royal treatment when we arrived at the end of the night. They gave us spring water at the desk, took us to our room where there was chocolate strawberries and a hand-written note from the staff congratulating us. The room was EXTREMELY well-appointed and luxurious, the bed was comfy and big, and the service was beyond exceptional. In the morning, we had delicious room service from One restaurant and slept in till 1pm! We would recommend the Hazelton to anyone that feels like treating themselves to an amazing experience. Thank you so much Hazelton Hotel & Staff, you guys really made our special day that much better.
