Great service, wonderful staff who greet you by name as you arrive. Spent New Year's at this hotel and did the King's Table experience with my wife and she thoroughly enjoyed it. It was nice to have a separate dining suite where we could relax and enjoy the evening. Will consider returning soon! Special thanks to Xavier the Concierge for making us feel welcome.

Came back for second time arranged by Kerem. He took total care of us. When we arrived the room was decorated with rose petals, beautiful balloons and candles. The service is top notch. 👌 Food was fantastic but service is what stood out to us. This is now our new Toronto getaway!! Thank you to all. Truly a wonderful experience and beautiful place to stay.

It's a beautiful hotel right in the center of Toronto. The bed is super nice. Firm with a soft topper. There's is a bathtub and a separate shower. Controls for the lights and curtains are super as well. It just needs some tidying up. The tv in the bathroom didn't work and the ceiling in the shower was kinda falling appart. The best thing is the bar on the top floor. It's amazing!

Spectacular! They had upgraded me to the junior suite due to my platinum status and everyone went beyond their expectations to satisfy my every need. I could not be any happier! Definitely gained a loyal customer for whenever I have to stay in Toronto.

OMG. This was on of our best hotel experience. We booked to celebrate our 22 wedding anniversary and did St. Regis made it special. They went out of their to prepare a corner suite with balloons, rose petals and a small gift of chocolates. The staff was exceptional from the moment we pulled into hotel and until we pulled out. I would give them 10 stars if I could. From the lobby to the room to the heated floors and the robes it was all luxury to perfection. If there is one thing it is that coffee tables in the room are not safe. My husband was cut by the corner of the glass table top which shifted out of position. Shout to the staff. Thank you
