Shangri-La Hotel Toronto

The staff were absolutely incredibly. So attentive and thoughtful. Room was gorgeous. Food was delicious. I’m still dreaming about my morning French press!

We had a really great time during our stay. The service was exceptional and all of the little details were very much appreciated. First of all, our room was upgraded which we were very excited about. We ended up spending most of our time in the little sitting area so that was a huge bonus. The Valentine dessert that was brought to our room upon arrival was also a fantastic surprise. Thank you so much to all of the staff at the Shangri-La for making our stay very memorable despite all of the current regulations that are in place. It was an awesome escape and we will definitely be back.

Amazing hotel with very polite and thoughtful staff. They were very prompt when we had any requests and made us feel very welcome. The room was beautifully decorated and clean! Can't wait to come back!

Everything was amazing, especially the staff. The only constructive criticism I would offer is perhaps a greater attention to detail is required regarding the room. For example, the shears in my room didn't close, the scale was out of battery, and the desk was slightly broken. These small things can somewhat detract from a stay. But I did inform the front desk and they took every step possible to make up for it and even offered to have it repaired immediately. Other than that everything was fabulous, especially Andrew at reception.

All the staff was so friendly and accommodating. From the time we checked in until we left everyone was so lovely. Our housecleaning staff even noticed our young daughter was with us and brought us a step stool so she could access the sink. It was just so nice
