I may have expected too much from a 1865 hotel. We blow a fuse, no panel in our room. Phoned down to be told that we share an electrical panel with next door. So we were given another room. I check for this new rooms panel, to my horror, old glass fuses. For the price, outdated electrical. Oh and no bar fridge. The heating/cooling system, out of date and not completely functional. I was not impressed. The staff was excellent, friendly and accommodating.

Very clean with current health and safety protocols in place and well maintained. Hotel receptionist were excellent and friendly. Location of the hotel is very convenient to many food markets that all follow the current healthy and safe guidelines as well close to Sick Kids hospital. Highly recommend! Please note- I was informed that if requiring the hotel/hospital rate you must call in and not book through 3rd party booking agencies. Overall, still recommend!
