Very friendly staff....I love how nice the rooms are...the space other rooms is amazing and so is the lighting....the lighting is perfect for almost anything especially photos...where the bed is the lighting dims nicely for a intimate setting....all in all I really enjoyed my time here

Receptionists are temporary staff so not trained completely in customer service and procedures. Managers are helpful though, and will make it right if the staff seems not to know what they are doing. Complementary wifi, breakfast and parking were plus points. The breakfast was in take out bags instead of buffet style to minimize contact. Option of egg and cheese muffin or ham and cheese wrap. It also included items suitable for vegetarians like fruit, yogurt, juice box and a packaged muffin. The room was mostly clean and comfortable with all the basic amenities like mini fridge with freezer, microwave, iron, blow dryer. There was not enough attention to detail while cleaning in some spots like corners, walls or around the foot of the bed. Toiletries were sufficiently stocked and fresh towels provided. Wifi connection was good and the decor was clean and modern. Views were not the best. Some greenery would have helped. Coffee was lukewarm in the machine and the juice dispenser was turned off until the receptionist turned it on upon request. Gym and pool are closed due to pandemic restrictions. The front desk was helpful and accommodating to any needs during the stay.
