What amazing costumer service!! Sarah the booking manager is absolutely amazing, she is so fast and responding and goes above and beyond to assist you with all your needs! I will be booking with them for my next weekend getaway! Also- great Covid protocols and even went above and beyond to help those working in the health care/venue sector... 2 BIG thumbs up for Sarah and her team!!!!!

The place is decent. I've been in quarantine here for 14 days. The room is good. The staff is very professional and courteous. Breakfast option is not that great. 5 stars to the staff ans front reception courtesy and support. They filled toilrt accessories for over 2 weeks and provided towels and other daily usage thing in bulk. Wifi needs significant improvement. Overall, the place could do better. A decent stay experience without stepping outta room.
