Best Western Premier Freeport Inn Calgary Airport

TLDR; The hotel staff are friendly and helpful in resolving issues. The rooms are updated and clean. The restaurant is simple with reasonable prices and adequate portions. But no breakfast options currently. The room we we're originally in (King suite jacuzzi) had a horrid fan noise from the heating|AC unit through the night. After bringing the issue to the front desk, they changed our room to another similar suite and discounted the previous night. Very happy how it was resolved. There is no complimentary breakfast nor substitute but rather a $5 grab N go sandwich bag assortment. Better off bringing your own breakfast to heat up in a microwave or going to a restaurant. The restaurant is open for dinner which was quite nice with a simple menu to choose from with reasonable prices and decent portions. Would stay here again.

Super friendly staff and affordable. Free shuttle was quick to the airport. Rooms were clean and food at restaurant was awewome! Try the burgers!

I stayed at the hotel following a government issued three day hotel stay arriving from the US. My experience there was fabulous. Considering the circumstances the check in process flowed smoothly. The room was comfortable, the breakfast, lunch and supper no complaints whatsoever hot and fresh. Fresh coffee delivered upon request and every conversation I had with the front desk gentleman was very pleasant. I would definatly recommend this hotel for a stay, especially if your welcomed by a friendly staff member as I was, Kudos to you.

Our extended stay here was great! All hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The overall housekeeping/cleanliness of the hotel and rooms itself was phenomenal. The complimentary coffee was the best coffee I’ve ever had hands down! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Calgary! Highly recommended :)
