I have to booked this hotel room only because it was close to the business address I needed to go. The ladies at the restaurant were really sweet and good. The front desk service took long to answer my calls. The facilities are old and the air conditioner in my room made loud noises at night that woke me up. After my business hours I just wanted to enjoy my stay but it was not like it

Great location close to LRT station, staff that goes above and beyond. Kathleen at front desk is amazing. The whole team at the hotel understood what my family went through when our car broke down in the parking lot of the hotel (oil leak). They made us feel welcomed and safe, understood our unique needs of storing a canoe for couple of hours to cleaning up oil mess. They made Calgary more enjoyable!!
