Love this place! Customer service is topnotch. The hotel's restaurant is just as awesome. Service is attentive, staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and ambiance is wonderful. We only had desserts last time we visited, but they were above average - tasty and decently priced. Will be back next time we are in town!

Very elegant and posh hotel. Really loved the ambience and the details of the hotel. Our room was at the seventh floor opposite to the calgary tower. The view of the tower was really nice. Rooms were quite spacious, well maintained. The only downside is, the washroom, which was a little congested. The closet space was bigger than the washroom.

The wifi is horrible. Kept disconnecting us and booting us off. Even after multiple steps with the help desk, resting phones and everything else possible. Very frusterating when you're trying to watch a movie or load anything. Another downside is the room we had was near the trains. So you hear trains and train sounds all day and night. As for the hotel, it's beautiful and relaxing. The service is pretty awesome, prompt to bring towels, blankets and whatever was needed. Kind and friendly staff. Rooms were clean.

Love the location. Perfect first night after flight before headed out. Great service. Great breakfast. Over all absolutely gorgeous hotel. Friendly service. Rooms really clean. We will be back
