When I checked the staff were very friendly and helpful. I wasn't completely satisfied with my room. No fault of the hotel, I had hoped for a bathtub, and when I called asking if I could switch rooms, the manager immediately came to my room with two new keys and let me switch to a different room on the same level. Staff in the restaurant are also quick to serve and friendly. The hotel is clean, peaceful, and pleasant. I'd definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved staying here for a few nights. Felt very clean and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. Shower was nice and relaxing after a long day as well. Nothing really to complain about, feels like a 5 star hotel for a 4 star price. Customer service was also some of the best I've ever experienced and they're taking very careful care in following safety protocols. Thank you, this will be my go-to for staying in Calgary!!
