We had a lovely 4 night stay recently. The best part was how pet friendly the hotel is- all their staff were not only welcoming of us but also our puppy 🐶🐾 The location is excellent and the rooms offer stunning views. We were however not impressed with Zoe’s the hotel’s lobby restaurant. But highly recommend Riviera Ottawa located a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

The Fairmont Chateau Laurier is an elegant, classy hotel that still continues to hold those traditions that one expects from such a place very highly and across all staff. The hotel was impeccably clean, the staff from the front door to the maintenance staff on the floor and everywhere in between were extremely professional, courteous and had one motivation in mind - to make your stay absolutely perfect. I recently stayed here for 3 nights over the Valentines' Day weekend with a very , very special lady and had asked if I could arrange in advance for flowers to be sent to our suite and Claude from the front desk took the time to call me directly to see what I needed and provided me with everything necessary for the most romantic weekend of my life. Long stem roses that I ordered from a contact provided by Claude were placed in a beautiful vase, champagne stand filled with ice, champagne flutes, swans and red hearts adorned the bed and the extraordinary efforts continued throughout the 4 days that I had pleasure of staying at this beautiful gem of a hotel. Absolutely perfect in every way and I cannot thank the staff enough for all that they did, even through these challenging times. Well done !

So lovely! Attentive and timely service. Excellent coffee and tea in the room. Comfy pillows and bedding. We had a very pleasant stay.

If any one is searching for deals for hotels check ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ reserved a hotel room on there and these guys had the lowest rates just about anywhere! Always an amazing stay at any of the Fairmont Hotels. Chateau well situated close to all shopping and dining. Great vibe and the staff are absolutely amazing.
