Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ottawa East - Orleans

Reasonable rate. Clean, comfortable and up to date room's. Safety precautions put in place at this hotel including check in and out amidst this pandemic is very professional and well managed. I travel everywhere for work and stay in many different hotels across the province. I stay at holiday inns on a regular as well as others. This particular one is well managed. The road into this location is of different sorts as well as the parking.

We recently stayed at this hotel on days when we had multiple viewings of our house. The hotel is very clean with spacious rooms. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I would especially like to thank Joanna, whom we had the most contact with. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome each day always asking if there was anything she could do to make our stays more pleasant and comfortable. Each time we arrived she would welcome us back and enquire how the sale was going. I highly recommend this hotel and if we need accommodation during our move will definitely go to the Holiday Inn. Unfortunate circumstances had my sister and I staying in a suite for nearly 4 weeks during quarantine. The room and beds are comfortable, breakfast was decent (the bacon was especially good), the staff are very kind and helpful. Thank you for making our stay feel like home!

The first night I stayed, I woke up feeling like I was born on top of the world and had slept like a king. Continental breakfast was served the next morning, house keeping was on top of their game and the personal at the counter were pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel 🏨👌

Great front desk service but the duvet on the bed is flat as a pancake! And the bed was not warm at all. I've never experienced a flat duvet that wasn't warm either. No extra blankets in the closet.
