JW Marriott Edmonton ICE District

The quality of this new hotel is visible immediately upon arrival. The lobby bar is a beautiful setting for an intimate drink (they also play hockey games for those so inclined). I recommend upgrading to a suite. It felt like a high end home, complete with a bar. Concierge was exceedingly helpful in providing the proper wine|champagne glasses. Every detail in this hotel reflects quality and beauty. Our stay was very enjoyable. I’ve already been recommending it to friends. We are lucky to have such a beautiful hotel to enjoy in downtown Edmonton. The spa, pool and gym look amazing; I’m excited for these amenities to be available.

I thought the service was great. There's even underground parking the restaurant will validate. The hotel is beautiful. Really enjoy the bar area; expensive drinks but that just is expected being the JW. Unfortunately, they don't offer the cool smoke in a box or light the thyme aka no drama or a show. The restaurant however, does not offer the tastiest food. Beautiful ambiance. Plates were bland and small. Also, very clean and pure covid protocols in action. I'll give it a 4 just because the food should still be better. Need to change up the menu.

Stay at this JW in Edmonton was Amazing. Service was above and beyond and headache free. Everything was spotless and the nuances were more than necessary. Location is great and would stay here again if in Edmonton.

Absolutely stunning!! Staff was amazing, the hotel went above and beyond for my little one with the room, despite it being Valentine’s Day weekend. Stunning hotel and super clean. Hospitality is the best I’ve had in Edmonton. Thank you to all who contributed to our incredible stay. I will 100 percent come back again soon!

JW Marriott Edmonton Ice District has offered me a more than a legendary experience . The establishment in its self is extremely comfortable and welcoming , but the staff is really what made a huge difference . I had lost jewelry and contacted the hotel and was informed that nothing had been found in any rooms and was advised that if they would find it I would be contacted . My hope were pretty low a this point and 6 days later I received a very pleasant call to inform me that the concierge had found and identified my missing jewelry . I can assure you that JW Marriott Edmonton will be the only hotel I will staying in while in Edmonton . Same goes for my 34 Employees that travel on a weekly basis . Thank you to the entire staff .
