Union Bank Inn

This place is absolutely beautiful! The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Azza. The rooms were large and beautifully decorated with a fireplace and the bed was extra comfy. The restaurant is lovely and has a wonderful ambience. My husband and I really enjoyed the six-course meal and the wine pairing. Everything was delicious and well-presented. We will be back and would recommend this Boutique Hotel as an absolute must for anyone who wants to be downtown in Edmonton.

Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful and unique suites! Perfect location. This was our third staycation since covid started and it is our favourite!! We will be back as soon as possible! The breakfast was amazing and the wine & cheese that was awaiting us in our room upon arrival was such a great treat! We can’t say enough positives about our experience. Thank you for making a stressful time very relaxing for us.

We have stayed at the Union Bank Inn numerous times, I tell my husband it’s my happy place when I just need a break but don’t want to leave the city. We have always had a wonderful experience, from the moment you walk you in you are so taken care of. The last time we went which was not that long ago, they upgraded our room and left us a sweet note saying welcome back. We had such a wonderful weekend and would recommend to anyone who wants to go to a unique boutique hotel, Union Bank Inn is the place to go!

My girlfriend booked a night for us and I was extremely impressed with my stay. Our room was so nice, the mini fridge had 2 platters of cheese, grapes and crackers along with wine. The fireplace was a nice touch to set the mood for the evening. The following morning we went downstairs and had an amazing hot breakfast. We were the last one down there for breakfast and we were so grateful that the kitchen was willing to accommodate us. At some point during the meal, our server dimmed the lights down and that gesture was so appreciated. If you want to stay somewhere were you will feel taken care of, don't hesitate to book a stay at this hotel. From the front-desk staff to staff taking care of the rooms, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly attitude. We'll be back to stay again for sure!

Stayed at the Union Bank over 10 years ago on business and decided to stay for a recent visit to Edmonton. It was even better than I remember and have to say that every one of the staff were exceptional. Our room was lovely and the wine and cheese was such a nice touch. Kevin in Madison’s Grill was top notch. The breakfast was excellent and we were sorry we didn’t get a chance to experience dinner there. This is a must stay hotel for downtown Edmonton and we are already planning another stay as soon as possible. Well done Union Bank Inn!!! So impressed.
