This Best Western is quite nice. The room is a little small, but it is cozy and very clean. The staff are very nice and accommodating. I haven't eaten at the restaurant yet ! But I was able to reserve 1 hour of pool time thanks to Covid protocols that I am really looking forward to !

Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable experience. Room service food was outstanding. Best meal we had the entire trip hands down. My compliments to the kitchen. Staff was very accommodating and helpful with any questions or concerns. Will definitely stay again next time we are in town.

Pretty sure this may be a crack hotel. Not on purpose. But lots of weird activity going on. People slamming doors and swearing late at night. And a firetruck and ambulance the next morning. Bed and room were fine. I had non smoking but it obviously was smoked in at one point. I chose this place as it was close to my course I was taking. Felt safe enough but certainly a weird experience. Maybe it was a one off. But I likely wouldn't chose this specific location again based on this experience. Staff were polite and kind. No real issues with the hotel, just the people staying there.

Great place to rest your head after a long day shopping at the Kingsway mall right across the street, close to downtown and the south side of edmonton.

Rooms that we've been were all clean and nice. Although the rooms are on the small side. Decent enough.
