I have lived in few shelters but my experience in junction place is not comparable. The staff are friendly, helpful and very effective in solving situations in calm manners without violating any personal rights of the residents. I seriously give it them. Some of the staff are exceptional and unexpectedly very hard working at supporting us residents. Their shift leaders are hard working too.
