Outstanding!!!!!! This place is a ''GEM''. From the time we call from ottawa to make reservation to the time of our arrival miss Diane was there... So sweet, so warm and extremely welcoming...Miss Diane a special thank you to You. Then we checked the room, very nice ,clean, the beds were comfy. NO OVERSIZED BIG FURNITURE...Keep it light. We had a great night sleep and went for the breakfast the next morning. Then we met this other wonderful lady Shirlen who ask us if we have been there before and the answer was negative so she took us around the breakfast room and showed us everything . Great work gals....We felt at home..Great customer service! BUILD IT THEY WILL COME, WE CAME AND WILL BE Back. We appreciated all your efforts inn this period of covid19. Great job tx again.Stay safe...

Excellent hotel especially with young kids! I have two small children and it was so nice to park outside our hotel room. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast selection was good. I would highly recommend staying here.
