Been there a few times, we do love the location and the, always, clean rooms. Staff is friendly, polite and welcoming. The only thing I would point.out this time, is that the heating | cooling system was noisy.

This hotel has a great modern feel! It's got a unique look on the out side! The staff were very friendly! The room again had a modern feel to it! The beds were comfy. The room was very clean. Would totally recommend!

Good location. Uncomfortable seating. Clean room. Competent staff. Necessary Covid restrictions are understandable to protect customers and staff. Hopefully things improve to normal in Winnipeg before another year. Thanks Robert

Be aware there is a 50$ hold on your card additional to your room costs for the night. Parking on site is 16$ a night. Full glass for one wall of the bathroom in suite, includes a blind to cover the glass if you want to feel better about it. Only feel because standing farther than 4 feet away you can see right through if the light is on. Shower was nice, yet underwhelming in both temperatures and pressure (and I was on the ground floor).

Clean well appointed rooms and polite staff. I love the location downtown by the river. Parking costs extra which is to be expected downtown. I like that you can order a nice bottle of red or white wine, or craft beers up to your room. Beautiful amenities. Stunning view with the river and climb able ice waterfall in the winter with an upper room. Plenty of space. Very comfortable beds!!
