Radisson Hotel Winnipeg Downtown

To assist in how I arrived at this rating, I broke it down to the following: Customer service: 4.5 stars - friendly staff and very helpful. Cleanliness: 3.5 stars - it's an old hotel that would be difficult to keep clean. Streaks on the windows and shower stall certainly tell me that at least they are trying. Location: 2.5 stars - this should be a higher rating, however based on our room location (27th floor) we could hear constant sirens. We've stayed in other major city downtown locations and this place is certainly the noisiest. Parking: 1 star - if you drive anything bigger then an Austin Mini, be prepared to scrape your bumper while trying to negotiate the very narrow ramps.

The rooms are beautiful and comfortable beds. The location to the Mall of America is great!

At The Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce, we've hosted a number of events at the Radisson which is just right across the street from our office in downtown. One of our favourite events is our Annual General Meeting in the West Terrace space. The West Terrace space offers one of the best views of downtown Winnipeg. Christine and Brittany are very lovely to work with and they make everything so easy. Highly recommend your event at their hotel! Bonus - they have a Starbucks downstairs for those early morning event setups.

If I could give them a 10/10 I would. They were so professional and I can guarantee you they are handling this pandemic accordingly and are doing everything in their power to keep their guests safe. We stayed there on one of the coldest nights in 2021 thus far, and when our vehicle didn't start in the morning they went above and beyond to help us get it up and running. Derek was the acting manager and he personally gave us his own portable battery charger to use. When that didn't work, their security guard who goes by the name Q, used his own vehicle to help us charge the battery. It finally worked. I definitely recommend staying here! You won't regret it.

It was convenient to access the mall however it wasn't very clean at all. My shower had left over hair in it. My towels had hair on them and not to mention they don't provide room service due to covid so we had dirty garbage sitting in the room for 3 days.
