Best Western Premier Winnipeg East

Very nice and clean hotel. Yes, it’s a brand new building, but things can get very bad really fast if there’s no management on site. Awesome and friendly staff, willing to assist. Will definitely stay here again and recommend this place to everyone coming into the city.

It felt like a 5 star hotel. The service was excellent, the room was immaculate, and the breakfast was delicious! The staff seemed to want me to love my stay, and I did!

Professional & extremely courteous staff! Loved the decor. The breakfast options were good and tasted delicious. The room was surprisingly quiet for being on a major thoroughfare. Would definitely do anorher staycation here with the family!

This hotel is fabulous. From the minute you walk in from the friendly staff to the spotless clean rooms the pleasing decor throughout the hotel. It was the best mini vacation we had and worth every penny spent. This will definitely be our to go to stay vacation from now on. The pool was great. The kids loved it as did the adults. Great staff providing toys for the kids to play with in the water. Going up to the room I had a hard time getting out of bed as it was so comfy. Breakfast - wow what can you say I had expected maybe a muffin and yet we got a full course meal. It was delicious and the staff were superb, very professional and made you feel at home. Can hardly wait to go back and I know we won’t be disappointed. Seriously what could go wrong when your in such a beautiful room.

We haven’t even checked out yet and I had to review so I wouldn’t forget! I love this hotel. We usually have pretty good customer service at hotels we’ve stayed at. However, the customer service here has been outstanding! From the moment I pre-registered for my stay the staff here have just been fun, helpful and downright wonderful. I’m sure they (like most people in customer service right now) are dealing with pandemic fatigue and frustration with the extra rules they have to enforce (and unhappy guests as a result) yet you would never know. This has been a great experience and I would 10/10 recommend!
