I've had the pleasure of staying here for 12 nights on an emergency business trip; fantastic service, excellent team! One couldn't ask for a better experience. From the front end team greeting and helping the moment you get to the front entrance, to the front admin team taking care of everything quickly, efficiently, and organized, to the management team acknowledging you with happiness and respect; ensuring the stay is perfect and thanking for the opportunity to take care of me, to the restaurant team preparing great meals, and delivering with class. The food is wonderful, as is the atmosphere. Highly recommend The Fairmont Winnipeg for a clean, enjoyable, and safe stay when away from home, or just wanting to get out.

We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend their Kiss and Wake Up package to any couple looking to enjoy a special evening together! The staff was so lovely and pleasant to deal with from check-in to check-out -- they even remembered us from our last stay months ago! They were also very mindful of COVID-19 precautions and even took our temperature upon arrival. We really enjoyed having chocolate covered strawberries and sparkling wine delivered to our room and it made the our welcome feel extra special. The room was super clean and had amazing views of Portage and Main that you just can't get anywhere else in the city -- we kept looking out the window and feeling on top of the world. We ordered room service for dinner and it was promptly brought up. Highly recommend anything from the Velvet Glove! Breakfast was included in the package and we had a tough time deciding what to order because everything sounded really good. It was also a treat to sleep in and not have to rush to check out -- late check out was at 3pm! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would recommend the Fairmont and the Kiss and Wake Up package to anyone looking to have a special getaway!

My wife and I took advantage of their Valentine’s stay-cation. The room was nice and the food was very good. They seemed to be unprepared for how busy they would be, because it was a 2 hour wait for our room service both for dinner and breakfast. However they were very accommodating and did not charge us for our dinner which was well over $100, so we are happy to provide a positive review.

Service was very good, a lot of friendly staff. Food from VG restaurant was awesome and offered at a reasonable price. The room was ok, but would probably need some renovations in the near future. Overall, would recommend.
