I miss the pool area, due to covid. All around excellent place. The breakfast is awesome, and now is delivered to your room (covid)

Great place for a weekend getaway. My husband and I wanted to get out of the house for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. We rented one of the jacuzzi suites and we were not disappointed. Staff were wonderful! Right from the time we got there, staff were accommodating and very friendly. Easy walk to The Forks, The Keg steakhouse, Portage Place Mall, True North center and more. Room could use a few Reno's (some peeling wallpaper, carpet snags, broken air unit door) but honestly nothing that was any sort of hinderice to our comfort, and everything was very clean. It's not listed as a 5 star hotel, so of course it's not going to be totally perfect. 24 hr coffee and tea available in the lobby. Staff all wore masks at all times. Hand sanitizer was available throughout the hotel. All in all, a great place to stay. We'll definitely be telling our friends about it, and we'll be back.

Before my wedding, I was looking for a hotel that has a honey moon suite. The only hotel in Winnipeg that has it is this hotel at a very reasonable price and it comes with a romance package (a rose, a box of chocolat ''Forrerro collection'', a bottle of champagne and a $50 gift card to ''Earls''=a restaurant across the street). The suite has a hot tub in the room. The service was amazing, we had a great wedding night plus the all you can eat breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
