Great place to rest your head, clean and quiet.. the only issue I had was the shower head had a trickle of water pressure. The sink did not fill up with water when washing up which is a huge plus.. staff was very courteous an friendly.

The room and the amenities were generally great but when we tried to go to breakfast in the morning and all good feelings quickly disappeared. We got to the entrance and were told we would have to wait 5 minutes while they cleaned up from the previous rush although half the tables were empty but set for patrons. 10 minutes later we seated. We were given menus and then we sat for another 10 minutes, no coffee just nothing, while we waited the phone began to ring but there was no one to answer it or to run the till for those who were waiting to pay. This from there signature restaurant. Next time we come to a show we will stay at the new Best Western. Fortunately there are a lot of good restaurants in the area where we were treated as important guests.

Staff were OK. Hard to rate a place with virtually no one around. Pretty much lifeless. Fault of the pandemic.

Covid measures in place. A very high quality property, from the facilities and amenities (some closed or altered cause of covid restrictions), room quality to the awesome staff. The food available at the in house restaurant is quality and location is well marked and easy to get to. Try the honey BBQ chicken sandwich and the double wing Wednesdays (five alarm sauce is KILLER GOOD), you won't be disappointed. Would definitely stay here again when traveling to Winnipeg.
