Room was clean with good Covid protocols. Hotel was fairly empty with not a lot of shops open. Dining closes early and no room service. Not bad but definitely not worth the high price.

If anybody is searching for bargain deals for hotels and resorts check ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ made a reservation for a hotel room on there and these guys had the absolute best rates worldwide! This place is so nice. The front desk lady made our stay special on our Anniversary she gave us the harbour view. A nice view from our hotel room. Will definitely stay on their other locations.

Place is amazing.... great service.. unreal amenities.. restaurant's are unbelievably delicious...definitely gotta check out spa utopia if you stay here... I'd stay here again and again

Quite satisfactory, however, we expected to have more room options for bed sizing for our family of five. Parking was a task, as the hotel does not have their own complimentary parking for guests. Our kids were excited to use the pool, unfortunately it was outside and not an option in winter. All around clean, comfortable and peaceful.
