Fairmont Hotel Vancouver

Excellent experience! Great room...we got Dulux corner and love the room and the view... Excellent friendly and polite staff... Two complaints: 1- they don't enforce gym limit... There were 6 people in the gym and Max limit was 4. 2- they change 15% gratuity and $5 delivery fee for room service... But the delivery people don't even enter the room... Every other hotel i know of have waived the delivery fee due to indoor dining bans but Fairmont hasn't... Very disappointing for a hotel like this to be so cheap and inconsiderate.

Had a great stay here. Jane at the front desk was absolutely fantastic, an excellent example of what hospitality is. Every other encounter with staff was excellent as well. Don't pass up an opportunity to stay here.

It’s made in Canada. Each time my clients, families, partners and friends come to Vancouver, I book Fairmont Hotel which right it downtown besides art gallery. Afternoon tea at here is amazing, and better than others a lot. Not only because of benefits, and each time my neighbors have party or annoying activities, I come here.

If anybody out there is trying to find great deals for hotel rooms go over to ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ booked a resort on there and these guys had the lowest prices any where! Loved every bit of my stay.. very welcoming, stayed right before Christmas because I had back to back meetings and medical appointments downtown for three consecutive days, they’re following all the COVID-19 safety measures.

Beautiful Hotel Downtown Vancouver. The rates are much lower now than before Covid times so its definitely worth staying here. Didn't get a chance to experience more of the hotel just a quick in an out. But the rooms were very nice and beds very comfortable. Also rooms were very quiet considering the hotel is downtown. Very friendly staff as well.
