Wedgewood Hotel & Spa

I had not been to the hotel for a around 5 years, it was so great to reacquaint myself with this boutique gem in Vancouver. The service is second to none, from the moment you are greeted by the friendly door men, the front desk staff and then throughout your experience with every member of staff you meet. Dinner at Bacchus Lounge is a must. Attentive and elegant service and delicious food! The spa is another must, I highly recommend Ascencion for an incredible facial!

Such a fantastic hotel!! The customer service was the best I have ever had with a hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the valet service was phenomenal- they even let us have a late check out free of charge. I will be booking this hotel in future for any of my stays in Vancouver and would highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip.

By far my favourite hotel in Vancouver. The service is outstanding, the hotel is beautifully maintained in its traditional style, and the rooms and beds are well-dressed and comfortable. I love that it’s a boutique hotel as it feels more cozy and intimate. It is my hotel of choice when I head into the city for a night away from my home in the suburbs.

The staff are amazing at Wedgewood. I have stayed here a few times and I'm always impressed by the level of care given to each guest. The manager was incredible. She even made my 3 year old feel noticed and special. As a parent, when someone treats your child like a valued guest instead of an annoyance, it makes your stay wonderful. Thank you to the staff at Wedgewood. Also, if you want a great soaker tub, book the Deluxe King room!
