Sutton Place Hotel Vancouver

Room was great, bed and pillows comfortable. The only reason it didn't get 5 star is there was a fire alarm at 2am that went on and off for an hour. There was no notification from the hotel what was going on. Finally when we were able to get through to the front desk they said we didn't have to evacuate. The alarm went off but over the next hour would come back on intermittently.

The best part about the Sutton Place Hotel are the employees who work there! I work in the film industry and I'm constantly dealing with people, The Sutton has a great staff and it's always a great experience. Keep up the great work folks, you guys make Vancouver just a little bit better.

This was my family first time staying at Sutton Hotel Downtown Vancouver, location perfect, room and staff were absolutely amazing, pet friendly which was very affordable for only $40 extra for the entire stay. I have to give a huge thank you to the General Manager Susan Strome she help me when a few extras on our trip. After our four night stay at this beautiful hotel i wouldn't stay anywhere else in Vancouver! Thanks Again

The rooms were amazing, I'm used to a very soft bed and they had my kind of bed! The location is amazing! The fitness area was one of the best I've ever been at! And the pool too! And the staff was incredible! We will be back!

Great location and the suite we had was nicely redone and spacious. We had a neighbour next door that was continually smoking cigarettes and marijuana which was quite unpleasant. All things considered, the value for the cost was good.
